REFERENCE III

This work is part of the REFERENCE series, which explores “objects that possess objects.”

It features an LP record that possesses itself by having its certificate of possession embedded within. The certificate is created as an NFT on the blockchain, and the password for the account holding that NFT is etched in audio form on the back of the record. Through this structure, the LP record is presented in a state of possessing itself.

本作は「モノを所有するモノ」を主題とするREFERENCEシリーズのひとつ「自分を所有するLPレコード」です。

LPレコードの所有証明書をLPレコード自身に埋め込むことで、LPレコードは自分自身を所有します。所有証明書はブロックチェーン上でNFTとして作成され、NFTを所有するアカウントのパスワードは音声としてLPレコードの裏面に刻まれています。この構造により、LPレコードが自分を所有している状態が表現されています。
